Solutions

Technology that fits the way your travel business works.

You may need a better website, a shared operations workspace or a controlled agent portal. We start with the business problem and shape the first release around what your team can own and run well.

01
Branded travel websitesAvailable as a scoped client project

Make the website useful to customers and your team.

We design travel websites that explain your value clearly, present packages professionally and turn interest into structured enquiries.

  • Company, destination and package pages
  • Enquiry and traveller forms
  • WhatsApp, payment-link and analytics connections
  • Content controls your team can maintain
A good first step when trust and enquiry capture are the immediate problem
02
Agency operations workspace513 AgencyOS pilot module · In development

Give every enquiry, trip and payment one accountable home.

513 AgencyOS is being built to help teams manage the work that currently sits across chats, spreadsheets, documents and individual memory.

  • Lead and customer records
  • Quotes, itineraries and revisions
  • Trip tasks, suppliers and documents
  • Payment schedules, balances and audit history
A good fit when hand-offs and follow-ups are becoming difficult to control
03
White-label B2C portalAvailable as a scoped custom build

Give travellers one place to continue the relationship.

A customer-facing experience using your brand, domain, policies and service process—not a generic marketplace competing for their attention.

  • Customer accounts and traveller profiles
  • Quotes, itineraries and trip updates
  • Payment schedules and receipt records
  • Document exchange and service requests
A good fit when customers need self-service without losing your personal support
04
White-label B2B portalAvailable as a scoped custom build

Run an agent network with clearer commercial controls.

Provide approved sub-agents or partners with a controlled workspace for enquiries, bookings, pricing rules and account records.

  • Partner onboarding, users and permissions
  • Markup and commission rules
  • Agency-defined wallet ledger, credit and settlement records
  • Statements, booking records and reporting
A good fit when partner distribution can no longer be managed reliably by chat
05
Booking workflows and integrationsProvider access and feasibility required

Connect the services your agency is authorised to use.

We can design assisted or API-connected booking workflows around documented interfaces and agency-owned or partner-authorised credentials.

  • Flight, hotel, transfer and activity connectors
  • Provider-hosted checkout and payment-record reconciliation
  • Email and WhatsApp Business connections
  • Accounting, analytics and webhook integrations
A fit only after commercial access, technical documentation and fulfilment ownership are clear
06
Custom software and consultingAvailable as a scoped consulting engagement

Solve the operational problem that does not fit a standard module.

We map the work first, then design software, integrations or data changes around the parts of your operation that genuinely need to be different.

  • Workflow and product discovery
  • Custom web applications and internal tools
  • Data migration and reporting
  • Architecture, implementation and support
A good fit for specialised products, teams or legacy systems
Languages & currencies

Built for the customer’s market, not just the agency’s office.

Multilingual and multi-currency capability is designed into the experience when the project needs it. The exact locales, currencies and commercial rules are agreed during discovery.

01

Any agreed target language

We can create translated page structures, language switching, locale-aware forms and right-to-left layouts where required. Final content must be supplied or approved by the client.

02

A defined currency model

Display, transaction, supplier-cost and settlement currencies can remain distinct, with documented rate sources, update timing, fees, markups and rounding rules.

03

Real commercial constraints

A language can be shown only when its content is ready. A currency can be charged only when the chosen supplier, payment provider and settlement arrangement support it.

White-label portals

B2C serves the traveller. B2B serves the partner network.

Both can carry your identity and rules, but they solve different jobs. Some agencies need one; larger operations may eventually need both.

A portal does not create travel inventory. Live search or booking depends on supplier contracts, approvals, credentials and fulfilment arrangements held by the agency or an authorised partner. Currency display does not guarantee payment acceptance or settlement; those depend on the gateway, bank and merchant account. 513technology does not hold wallet funds, extend credit or settle client money.

What we need from the client

A strong build starts with clear ownership.

We help organise the material, but the agency must supply or approve the business, brand and commercial decisions behind the system.

Business foundation

Your authority, policies and service model

Registered business details, operating permissions where applicable, markets served, customer terms, privacy information, cancellation rules and a named project owner.

Brand and operating rules

How the agency should look and work

Domain, logo, content, team roles, current forms, quotation process, currencies, markups, commissions, credit rules, approvals and refund handling.

Connected accounts

Access you are permitted to use

Supplier or consolidator contracts, API documentation and credentials, payment gateway, settlement account, email or WhatsApp Business access, and fulfilment contacts.

i
Before an integration is promised

We verify access, rules and responsibility first.

API availability is decided by each provider. During discovery we confirm the permitted use, test environment, production approval path, commercial terms and who will issue, change, refund and support each travel product.
