We retain the supplier’s original amount and currency, apply the agency’s documented conversion and markup rules, and record the rate source and timestamp. Supplier price and availability are revalidated before confirmation.
Approved providers and human review remain essential.
Payment acceptance, conversion, refunds and settlement remain subject to the gateway, bank and merchant account. Fare rules, visa information, policies and safety-critical translations require client-approved human review.
